The extraction using CALEX® Cap not only offers hygienic stool sampling but is a highly precise stool extraction device characterized by an outstanding correlation to the gold standard manual extraction.

Furthermore, the design of the CALEX® Cap is fully compatible with automated procedures such as the BÜHLMANN fCAL® turbo, the random access immunoturbidimetric calprotectin assay. Optimized dilution of stool extracts provides access to any of BÜHLMANN calprotectin assays such as Quantum Blue® and the BÜHLMANN fCAL® ELISA.
