The Customer Technical Response Centre is staffed by highly capable clinical and service professionals who are ready to provide technical assistance, information and consultation related to the use of products and instruments we supply. We are trained as Laboratory Technologists and Biomedical Engineers and have many years of experience in diagnostic and research laboratory settings.
